ArcFlex Grips are magnetic resistance band handles built with a unique curved inner contour that hugs the band all the way through the grip. Instead of pinching the band at a single point or letting it shift around inside a basic handle, ArcFlex Grips follow the natural curve of the band for a more secure, comfortable feel during curls, rows, presses, raises, and more.

The outside features a fully knurled texture with a 2-inch handle diameter, giving you a thick, grippy hold that feels right at home in a garage gym. And when your set is done, the built-in magnets let you stick them directly to your rack, upright, crossmember, storage post, or any magnetic steel surface.
