These are a great way to both dress up a rack and protect your gear from banging into bolts. I have a metric rack with M24 bolts/nuts. The nut armor is made to spec, but it turns out that nuts provided by different equipment vendors may vary a up to a couple mm smaller in size from M24 spec - this means results may vary in terms of the M24 nut armor fitting securely. This is not the fault of FrogFits, but rather due to some variation in Chinese manufacturing tolerances. For some reason all the bolt heads are consistent, but the nuts aren't. Good job, China. FrogFits was awesome about responding to this issue when I brought it up.

I was skeptical of whether or not I'd really like these, but they dressed up my rack dramatically, and now I don't need to worry about either hurting myself or damaging something by inadvertently hitting a bolt head. They are made of a somewhat flexible material, so they are somewhat soft rather than hard. They fit snugly and sometimes require something like a butter knife to pry off a bolt head (which is good, or they'd be falling off all the time).
