The Ultimate successor to the original Bolt Beanie. Why the larger diameter? Because more knurl!! 

The Elite Bolt Beanie is designed to be press fit onto your bolts and features a star pattern to allow for easier alignment. It uses a rubber material and uses black coated stainless steel hardware. The Elite Bolt Beanie should be added AFTER the bolt has been tightened. Designed to slip over bolt heads and cover the washer.

Dimensions: 1.25in x 2.75in

Most Imported racks (such as REP & Titan) use Metric hardware. While US made racks (Such as Rogue) use Imperial hardware (inches). If you're uncertain, please contact your rack manufacturer before ordering.

Sizing & compatibility

Every FrogFits accessory is made for your rack's hardware size — 5/8-Inch, 1-Inch, M16 or M24. Measure the bolt that holds your rack together, or check your rack manufacturer's specs. Common examples: Rogue Monster Lite = 5/8-Inch, Rogue Monster = 1-Inch, REP PR-4000 = M16, REP PR-5000 = M24. Product-specific notes are in the description above.

How is this different from the original Bolt Beanie?

It's the larger successor — 1.25in x 2.75in with more knurl, a star pattern for easier alignment, and it covers the washer too. Rubber body with black-coated stainless steel hardware.

When do I install them?

Press-fit them onto your bolts after the bolts are tightened.

Metric or imperial?

Imported racks (REP, Titan) usually run metric (M16/M24); US-made racks (Rogue) run imperial (5/8-Inch, 1-Inch). Check with your rack manufacturer if unsure.
